So I have started my New Year fitness workout sessions, all is going really well. The aim is to get rid of the beer belly and get in some shape for some proper sailing next year – Cowes Week, Swan Europeans, Round the Island and maybe back to Burnham to race on the New Amazon.
So I have been hitting the gym like a madman since new years and I must say I am loving it. I even got one of the boys to get some footage of me working out! Hopefully this will encourage you to get down the gym a few times a week.
